Help BCM replace our Robotics Gear!

This Giving Tuesday, we are asking our supporters to help us raise an additional $5,000 toward our organization's Robotics tools. This past summer as we were planning our camps and outreach visits, we learned that our Spheros and Lego Robotics gear was all discontinued! We were able to use the tech for this summer but with no additional new functions or accessories. We have now received a few grants to help cover a portion of the costs to update this tech but still need your help for the last $5,000.00. 

The robotics tech we plan to purchase are the following items that can be found on the Sphero®, Lego®, and also Amazon websites: 

·     Sphero BOLT Power Pack for our classroom with the code mat (Grant received)

·     Sphero Terrain Park & Chariots (Grant received to purchase)

·     Sphero Computer Science Foundation Courses 1-3 for our educators (Grant received)

·     Lego® Education SPIKE Prime Classroom Set (Grade 6-8)

·     Lego® Education SPIKE Essential Classroom Set (Grade K-5)
·     Lego® Education BricQ Motion Prime Classroom Set (Grade 6-8)
·     Lego® Education BricQ Motion Essential Classroom Set (Grade K-5)

ELF Kits are now AVAILABLE!

Inside your kit you will find 25 nights worth of antics, BCM S.T.E.A.M. approved, for your elf to get up to, along with most of the supplies you will need for each activity. We hope you enjoy this kit, and we wish you and your family a wonderful holiday season!

Each kit is $75.00 and can be purchased online or at the museum front desk.
Kits can be picked up at the Children's Museum during regular
buisness hours, Tuesday - Saturday, 9AM - 4PM.
