IMPORTANT DATES As this year's Popcorn Sale winds down, there are still several days remaining for you to sell product. Please note the following dates: · Oct. 21 - Product Return final deadline - Units may return up to 20% of unsold product; only full cases of same product accepted. Returns scheduled at the Findlay Scout Office, call Linda Weyer at (567) 208-5284, to schedule a time for your return. · Oct. 24 - Third Order - Final Order due & First Payment due 40% current amount “Due to Council”. Unit Orders must be submitted on Trail’s End website via the unit portal. · Nov. 11/12 - Final Order sorting & distribution at warehouses. Date and times to be determined by each district. · Dec. 9 - Final Payment due for any outstanding unit balances

PRODUCT RETURNSBlack Swamp Area Council will accept up to 20 percent of a unit’s popcorn as a return this year. Only full cases of same product in case will be accepted either on Sept. 9 or Oct. 21 (last day), at the Findlay Scout Office during business hours 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday.
