April 11 to the council office
"Unit Final Order Forms" must be used to place one order from each unit. This form can be downloaded from the Coffee & Tea webpage at www.BlackSwampBSA.org, or use the PDF attached to this email

1. Collecting all order forms and payments from each Scout
2. Use Unit Final Order Form to tabulate your unit's total order
a. Unit Order Form can be downloaded from the council Coffee/Tea webpage
3. E-mail Unit Order Form to Jim.Mason@Scouting.org by April 11 or drop Unit Order Form off at the council office. |
