Hello Fellow Scouter,
Most of us have similar reasons for being involved in Scouting. The primary reason why many of us are involved is that we believe (d) that our child (ren) would benefit from the values that Scouting instills in our youth. We have volunteered to help our children (and others) grow and mature in a positive environment.
The primary goal of a commissioner is to support the unit so that the unit may provide a quality program. Historically, district roundtables played an essential role in unit service. As times change, programs must change to meet the needs of our adult volunteers. To meet your needs, we would like to know what those needs are.
