The day's events offer something for everyone and will follow this schedule:

• 11:30 am Cooper Lodge, Keith Hubbard Dining Hall, and Armed Forces Memorial Parade Field Dedication.  
• 12:30 pm – 2:00 Council Recognition Luncheon & Council Annual Meeting: Keith Hubbard Dining Hall
• 2:15 pm - 4:00 pm Executive Board Meeting: (Council Executive Board Members Only)

During the Annual Meeting, which is part of the luncheon, we will conduct important council business, including the election of Council Members-at-Large and Executive Board Members for 2025-2026. *Voting on these positions is limited to Chartered Organization Representatives, Council Members-at-Large, and Executive Board Members with current Scouting America memberships.*

The following individuals have been appointed to the council nominating committee: Dan Meffley (Committee Chair), Sherri Garner Brumbaugh, Jeff Iten, Mark Miller, Dan Romick, and Michelle Waggoner. Voting members who have comments or suggestions for nominations should contact Nominating Chairman, Dan Meffley, at meffley@roadrunner.com prior to March 26.

Registration for the Scouters Conference is required, the council recognition luncheon is $35 person (early bird) $45 after April 16 and tables of 8 are  $240. We encourage everyone to register early to ensure their spot at the luncheon and other activities.
